Kloss Hold is a sales and marketing company specialized in airport promotion, field distribution and digital marketing. We plan, organize and implement national and international campaigns for different customers. We are headquartered in Bergen and have offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and Helsinki with a total of 50 employees. Kloss Hold currently works with customers in banking & finance, retail, tourism and real estate.
An outgoing person who is not afraid to take chances and is good at communicating with people. You are self-driven and like to take initiatives. You are a naturally polite, friendly and service-oriented person who is also motivated to reach results and gets triggered by competition. You need to speak a Nordic language, Swedish first and foremost (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish).
Your task will be to represent Kloss Hold’s foremost customer Bank Norwegian at one of the largest airports in the Nordic countries (ARN). You will also have the opportunity to work at events and fairs throughout the year. The objective is to promote Bank Norwegian credit card to airline passengers, in addition to promote Norwegian Reward (Norwegian Airlines’ bonus program).
The position gives you experience in direct marketing and sales for a growing brand. Your workplace will be inside the airport, both inside and outside security checks. It provides an almost inexhaustible amount of potential and relevant customers. You just need to be “on the chop” and exploit the potential.

We provide a fixed salary the first months, so you have a financial security from the start. We work a maximum of 6-7 hours per shift to be 100% effective on site. The work is flexible as we adapt the schedule to individual requests.
